Oracle Group was the positive result of three previous individual Business operations merging into one entity. While considerable experience is possessed by all colleagues involved in the company, We choose to be affiliated with the IBNA Group

We only use APRA approved insurers. These will be a combination of Direct Insurers, Underwriting Agencies and Lloyd’s Syndicates. Security to our clients and claims service is paramount.
Our Claims Services
As part of our service plan, we will also assist you to manage any claims you may need to make. We will advise your insurers of any claims, advise what documents you need to provide to your insurers and regularly track the claims process. Well run claims are well run insurance.

As we are a business not bound by our office location, we can service businesses all over Australia. In particular we provide Insurance Broking Services to South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We frequently visit these capital cities and provide great insurance services to many clients in Adelaide, Perth & Darwin.
